Shontovian History LessonMany Shontovian names and words may sound similiar to German, Japanese, and Spanish names, because the language is based around the combination of those languages with English due to the country's history.Spain and Japan were the first countries to discover the Shontovian chain of islands within and just outside the Indian Ocean. The Spanish and Japanese wanted the resources from the land, but fearing the abundance of powerful creatures living there, they decided being more gentle in thier approach was necessary.Japan was soon kicked out of the area, not even having a year to impact the area, though many left with them and came from them.
